How to Make Your DAF Gift Online
Step 1 Login to your DAF portal, search by Tax ID/EIN: 04-2697981, and select McLean Hospital.
Step 2 Confirm address and contact information: McLean Hospital Development Office 115 Mill St, MS 126 Belmont, MA 02478 McleanDevelopment@mgb.org 617-855-3415
Step 3 Enter the amount, frequency, and designation and complete other required steps.
